Psychiatry & Wellness for women
You take care of everyone else. It's time to take care of you.
You give so much of yourself—to your education, your career, your family, your relationships, and the expectations you carry. Whether you're figuring out who you are, navigating a new chapter, or trying to find your way back to yourself, life can sometimes feel overwhelming.
At Mindful Psychiatry & Wellness of Tulsa, we believe meaningful mental health care begins with understanding the person behind the concerns. We take time to get to know you—your experiences, your challenges, and what matters most to you.
People. Problems. Possibilities.
It's more than our philosophy. It's how we approach your care. We see people, not just diagnoses. We take time to understand problems, not simply treat symptoms. And we explore possibilities that extend beyond a prescription.
Through evidence-based psychiatry, integrative treatment recommendations, and hormone-informed care, we work collaboratively with you to develop an individualized approach that supports greater clarity, confidence, resilience, and well-being.

Who We Serve
We provide care for individuals of all genders, ages 16 and older, with a special focus on women's mental health and wellness.
You're carrying a lot and often carrying it well.
From adolescence, to college and early adulthood, to building a career, raising a family, and navigating hormonal changes, life can ask a lot of you. You may be capable and successful while quietly feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or simply not like yourself.
We support individuals balancing school, careers, relationships, parenting, family, and the expectations they place on themselves - through every season of life.
Our Approach
Time to listen. Space to understand. Care that sees the whole you.
We believe meaningful psychiatric care takes time. Our calm, welcoming practice offers extended appointments where you can feel heard, understood, and cared for as a whole person, not simply a diagnosis or symptom.
As a private-pay practice, we have greater flexibility to create individualized care. We listen to what matters to you, share our clinical perspective, and work collaboratively to develop a treatment approach that fits your needs.
Our nurse practitioners combine evidence-based psychiatry with integrative and hormone-informed care, considering the biological, hormonal, emotional, and lifestyle factors that shape how you feel and function.
